HR controls everything!
Wanna get raises because you work hard? Ask HR because they know everything about your job and being the main ones that control your pay they have no idea how hard Pharmacy techs work! Turn over is crazy high!
You work with new people almost every week but the ones that don't turn over are the ones that get to sit on their butts. New hires get a better pay.
You have to do a "Rise" program and application with recommendations for HR in order to move up on your title from Tech 1 to Tech 2 and then to Tech 3 even if you stay in the same position, just for hopes in a pay raise (waste of time).
