Resources are available to provide great care. The focus is always on exceptional care. Policies and procedures in place to guide staff and overall a good atmosphere between nurses and physicians.
Cons
Better and more attractive compensation would help with staff retention. Management can show more appreciation for staff. Absolutely no autonomy.
