      Pros

      Excellent company to work for. Just had my 10-year anniversary. Love my schedule, colleagues, and supervisors. All are very accommodating, and willing to work with you through just about anything, such as when personal issues/problems arise. I can't say enough! Northside Hospital is a great place to work, and I hope I finish my career here.

      More communication between management and staff.

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
