The benefits specialist do not answer nor return your phone calls. I’ve been trying to get a dependent added to my insurance for 2 months and get anyone to help me. Someone answered the phone on one occasion and said that a “benefit specialist” was working on my case. That was 2 weeks and ago and haven’t heard from anyone. She was extremely rude! Northside is not about helping their employees. They leave it up to the employee to figure it out for themselves with no guidance.
