Pros

Northside Forsyth is everything they say they are. They are all about the patient and teamwork. The department I work in are full of people that love their jobs and it shows in everything they do. You're treated with professionalism, you're spoken to with manners, and they make you feel like you've been a part of this family unit all your life. The director and supervisors are NOT hiding in their office. They are engaged, happy, and very hands-on. Our director cares about the patient, the team, and you can see that from a mile away. I feel very privileged to work with a team that sets the standard to go above and beyond, but is right there with you helping you to achieve it. I feel at home finally! I could never say enough good things about Northside. Their commitment to the patient and the team speaks for itself.

Cons

Nothing that I have seen.

Pros

I have been privileged to work for Northside Hospital for the past five years, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. During my tenure, I have benefited from the organization's commitment to employee growth through its annual internal promotion policy, which has allowed me to advance within my current department. One of the aspects I value most is Northside's support for work-life balance and professional development. While working here, I was able to begin my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program from the ground up and am on track to graduate in December 2026. The flexibility and encouragement provided by the organization have played a significant role in helping me pursue my educational goals while continuing to contribute as an employee. I was a full-time employee for most of my career with the organization and recently transitioned to part-time status to accommodate the increased demands of my nursing program. The support and understanding shown by management throughout this process have reinforced my appreciation for the company's employee-centered culture. I am grateful for the opportunities, professional growth, and support I have received over the past five years.

Cons

None that I can think of right now
