      Pros

      Northside is a great place to grow in your nursing career. It is a large organization with a family feel to it. They have lots of opportunities to learn more, get certified, take on more responsibility on the units or in teams, shared governance, etc. They really support nurses to become their best.

      Cons

      Parking...until we finish construction might deter you (but it's worth the hassle).

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
