      Pros

      This company is an amazing company to work for. The benefits are fantastic and the the training is phenomenal. They really take the time to train you to do your job.

      Cons

      There are no cons to working at northside hospital. I feel as though the pto amount could be planned better, but other than that, this company is great.

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
