      Pros

      Great company with great employees who truly care, and go above and beyond to delivering very high-quality care. Speaking as an employee and also a patient who had surgery at Northside before I worked here, my experience with everyone was amazing. The RNs, techs and OR team was superb. It made me want to work here.

      Cons

      Parking at the Atlanta campus is a little rough right now, but a new deck is under construction to add more parking.

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
