      Pros

      I love Northside hospital. They seem to employ the best people and do a great job of making their employees feel welcome. I worked in the ER and it was a great atmosphere of camaraderie and fun even in stressful times.

      Cons

      Benefits were just ok. Scheduling was too far ahead of time.

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
