      Pros

      Offers pension and for the most part there is always someone to help no matter the issue big or small, good or bad. Northside is a family. It is the best company i have ever worked for.

      Cons

      They don't offer adoption assistance. Many employees would greatly benefit from this option. Especially because there is no greater community service than taking in a child who needs a home and raising c and loving them as your very own birth child!

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
