      Pros

      I've been at Northside for 3 years now. My experience has been great! Administration is supportive and there is a significant emphasis on quality patient care and patient/family satisfaction. My educational needs are supported and encouraged.

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
