Pros
Comfortable work environment, good nurses, very good consultant support, interesting mix of patient cases, very competitive benefits package (including pension plan, as well as 457 and 403b)
Cons
Scheduling in our group seems disorganized and haphazard; no provision for surges in patient census; computerized order entry is dismal and we still do handwritten progress notes; administrative power structure is completely inscrutable though they are generally benevolent.
