      Benefits are great and Atmosphere is amazing; very pretty campus Cleanliness is better than most Money is good if you know the language. Opportunity exist

      Cons

      Management can be worked on throughout the campus. Team work can use improvement Drama needs to be resolved Micromanagement and Traffic are a headache. Its not the job its the people

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
