      Great Pay, lovely coworkers, advancement opportunities available to work your way up.

      Cons

      Management could be better, no incentives or bonuses, Maternity Leave sucks for employees but yet we deliver the most babies in the US and Insurance is high!

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
