Northside has a strong team culture and people genuinely care about doing good work. The marketing and communications teams are collaborative and give you room to be creative while still staying focused on helping patients and the community. There are good opportunities to learn, grow and work on projects that actually matter.
Cons
Like any large healthcare system, things can move slowly and there are multiple layers of approval for media projects. For someone with a fast turnaround, it'll take a while to get used to.
