      Plethora of resources both for employee benefits as well as supporting other teams and departments with their business objectives Very friendly and success-oriented culture, with emphasis on safety and security for patients and employees alike

      Cons

      Due to being a large company, there is some delay in moving certain objectives or projects along Work that requires you visiting multiple campuses can become burdensome due to traffic and travel time

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
