      Pros

      Some pockets run by nice people with normal WLB.

      Cons

      No WFH for a lot of teams. Management is comprised of lifers that have formed a clique together with some team leads. They are vindictive and bullies. Yelling and sarcasm in meetings. Subpar equipment. Old tech stacks with zero market value. This is a technologist elephant graveyard for the most part. Way less than average pay.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
