      Pros

      Nice culture. You work (mostly) on the latest technologies and they encourage to learn new things. Well structured company. Flexible working hours and remote working.

      Cons

      Very low salary, you barely make out every month. Too many management levels and positions. A lot of meetings, we even to meetings in order to see what we will discuss on another meeting. Ineffective we have a lot of waste.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
