      Pros

      Great Company to work for!! Awesome work. Exposure to the best technologies. Good exposure to customer deployment.

      Cons

      Management is not that great. Forcing people to stretch and work on every weekend is not good!!!! Pay is pretty average for a company of such a huge stature!

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
