      Good software development, and personal growth culture. Allows a good balance between work like and personal live. Goo learning resources like Safari.

      Cons

      Big company which means that changes are slow, and the adoption of new technologies and ways of work take years. Heavy development processes like SAFe.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
