Pros
Sallary is paid on time and it's ok for the responsabilities and duties of the position. Great balance if it's going to be your "first job" and you still live with your parents...
Cons
...if not, ...well, maybe you wanna think twice. No career oportunities or chances to grow up. Good resources are not valuable for the management, so doesen't matter at all if you work hard, or average at best...in the end, you get nothing, you get tired of the rutine, and you go by yourself to another company...or you get fired.
