Good team work. Very hard working and dedicated people. Good company culture to respect people, to provide relatively loose and free discussion and speech work environment.
Cons
Senior managers are slow to sense the trend of industry within these 2--3 years. Make less innovations than competitors. Kind of loose the major direction of how company should be in future.
