Pros

1. Flexible work timings. 2. If you get a good manager, life as a woman employee will be wonderful. Everything depends on manager irrespective of what is written in the policy. 3.

Cons

1. Compensation is very less compared to market standards. There is a lot of difference in salary of men and women employees of the same experience. As a lady you will have a lot of disadvantage in terms of getting hikes in the team if most of the team members are males and if they work till late. They will be preferred for hikes. 2. If you stay in the company for long, you tend to lag very behind in terms of the opportunities and salary. 3. Company is not employee family friendly. You cannot take your family members up to your seat except for family connect events. Even for a small infant they will ask for temporary badge. 4. Cafeteria is too small and congested. 5. Space has become too cramped. 6 people are sitting in place of 3 people.

Pros

Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

Cons

1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
