      1. People are very good and broad-minded. 2. Completely pure agile is followed. 3. Very good work-life balance. 4. Will get sufficient time for development.

      1. Once you join there, you won't feel like leaving unless you have some salary constraints.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
