      Good work life balance and better for lady employee. Good culture and value.

      Cons

      Less onsite opportunity. Less learning curve. No free food. Team lunch and party are self sponsored AV hike is 7%

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
