The problem domain is quite interesting. There are people withing the organization that realize the problems with the current culture and are trying to change it.
Cons
Product decisions are made by a team with little technical understanding of the product based on attempting to juggle every single customer whim. This causes lots of priority shuffling and unfeasible release schedules, while the product suffers due to technical debt and neglect of basic issues.
