Pros
While still an undergraduate, working in Nokia made a huge different regarding the mentality that exists in a multinational company. A great company, with values that are respected both by engineers and upper management, paid overtimes, senior engineers that are always willing to help and engaged to product quality.
Cons
For an undergraduate or recent graduate, the starting salary is more than great but eventually, after some years of real hard work, a raise is expected.
