      Pros

      Indeed a very good work environment. Very Employee friendly rules. Good salary.

      Cons

      A bit static. Can introduce more automation. Can improve agile methodology. I dont see any other cons. People thinking of changing jobs, can go for this.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
