      Great work enviroment All departments of R&D present in the same site! Lot of experienced people High tech and challenging tasks Managers count on everyone´s opinion Possibilities of job rotations, position changes, etc. Be part of a company with great values Work-life balance: possibilities of Home Office, part-time work, etc.

      Cons

      Telecommunication industry moves generally very quick and you can expect some internal changes after some years.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
