      Pros

      The opportunities were vast and possibilities were endless. I had the choice of proposing changes that can redefine their manufacturing techniiques.

      Cons

      Proposed changes were not taken very seriously and were dismissed by saying that making radical changes will require an immense investment which won't be possible.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
