      Pros

      There is good talent and interesting people This company has a big potential and I hope they will do fine transitioning to new businesses after selling their smartphone business to MS.

      Cons

      Unfortunately there is too much politics and the transition doesn't go smoothly. There is also a lack of vision, transparancy and communication.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
