      great work life balance, understanding managers, great emphasis on team bonding. Interaction with international teams and chance to travel to different sites

      Cons

      if one is complacent by himself, by the time he realizes it, it is too late. the management is constantly observing performance.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
