      Very challenging work environment , good people to work with. clear people processes

      Cons

      You are on the edge in R&D programs, never know which one gets scrapped. Very less onsite oppurtunities

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
