      Pros

      I have been working in nokia more than a year. Great place to work , where you can put your ideas and that get recognized too. You will be given a full responsibility where you can excel your skill in respective areas .Balance between work life and personal life. Friendly environment. Flexible leave plan.

      Cons

      Management is not up to mark, slow decision making process. Pathetic way to bug fix and code review.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
