      Pros

      A high motivated open culture company with the best solution in SASE in the market. As somebody who has seen a lot of companies out there I'm very happy to work for Netskope and see a great culture with highly motivated leadership to rock the market and bring best solutions by focusing on customers needs.

      Cons

      Netskope has this great startup flavor in a fast growing market and you need to be aware that you have to work in a highly dynamic environment and also to go always the extra mile.

      Pros

      -CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

      Cons

      -I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
