Providing vision, articulating goals. Focusing on quality hiring. - No politics. - Great technical talent. - Very well thought-out/architected SaaS architecture - Very strong sales and marketing - Product offering a comprehensive solution for the enterprise and getting better all the time. - Nice & friendly people. Pleasant working environment

      - Some benefits are not up to par with larger companies (but getting better as company grows)
