      Pros

      Started at Netskope a few days ago and so impressed with everything I've seen so far. The interview process was smooth and well run, the onboarding helpful and practical. Such a pleasure to work with so many dedicated and smart folks. And such a joy to be at a place that is seeing such a huge demand for your product!! Win win.

      Cons

      Growing really fast. Need to put in processes and procedures so they can scale quickly.

      Pros

      -CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

      Cons

      -I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
