Pros

In a highly competitive, yet still emerging space Netskope has managed to do something incredible. In a matter of under 5 years, they have brought to market a true platform for securing cloud adoption, capable of scaling to accommodate the largest and most complex organizations and governments in the world, with no sign of slowing down the innovation or quality of its solutions. The integrity of this company and its people are really what separate it from the crowd. The marketing is almost never as flashy as the competition, but the product stands up to the most intense testing and scrutiny, where others fall flat. I couldn't ask for a better, more timely solution to represent or a better corporate culture. Makes it even more of a joy to get up every day and help customers solve complex problems.

Cons

As unfortunate as it may be, marketing content is the first impression many prospective customers receive. This comes in all forms, including analyst reports. Netskope could do a better job in this area.

Still working to hit exit velocity for world domination. No 401k match.

Pros

Strong Executive Leadership: The leadership team is transparent, highly experienced, and clearly knows how to navigate the cybersecurity landscape. You feel like the ship is being steered in the right direction. Excellent Career Paths: There is a genuine focus on internal mobility and career development. If you’re a high performer, there are clear avenues for promotion and skill expansion. Cutting-Edge Technology: Working here means dealing with truly industry-leading products. The tech stack is innovative, and it’s exciting to be at the forefront of the SASE and cloud security market. Collaborative Culture: Despite the fast pace, the "one team" mentality is very much alive here.

Cons

Benefits Gap: The most notable downside for US-based employees is the lack of a 401k match at this time. While the overall compensation and equity packages are competitive, this is a missing piece of the total rewards puzzle that many peers in the industry currently offer.
