Pros
Decent salary, access to AI tools.
Cons
No real progress unless in the US. Lots of layoffs and pressure on remaining staff to pick up the slack. Poor benefits outside of the US. Too much expansion too quickly in too many countries but not properly planned. They claim to care about your wellbeing but expect long hours, especially if you're not US based, meetings are set in US time zones and the rest of the world is expected to just join despite it being evening of late night.
