Pros

- Freedom to do your job - fully remote

Cons

- Monthly payslip isn't detailed, Netkope should be worried about transparency and provide a detailed description how many over time hours do we get paid, what is the amount for holidays and on call in separate amounts, some months it's all accumulated in a single amount and you don't really know what are you getting paid. - The Vesting date for the stock plan was pushed 2 additional months, this was a bad move for me, I should be employee for more time to vest. I know company went public but moving the vesting dates wasn't a good move for me. - new phone support process adds additional load,

Pros

-CEO is extremely forward-thinking, but still seems very genuine and practical. That culture trickles down. -Great customer solutions, so I can compete toe-to-toe and know that it doesn't have to start with pricing concessions, politics and FUD around competition, to obscure product shortcomings. -Benefits are outstanding, IMO. -There seem to be many opportunities to advance, and I have seen a lot of internal promotions in my first 30 days. -Culture is great, and has a strong foundation, but I can already see some polish wearing off at the employee level. You can't put wrong people in place and expect them to pay it forward.

Cons

-I have offered up three referrals and not one has received any follow-up outside of the confirmation email. -No 401K match, but I hear rumors.
