      In all of my career of 9 years this is only company that offered me work life balance. They adhere to growth outside work and live personal life without any disturbance.

      Salary growth is the only issue

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
