      Pros

      Good ambient of work, there is some budget for learning althout it could be higher. Yearly salary review and a bonus. Nice office, good flexible package for the healthcare, guarderia, etc

      Cons

      Big company and spread around different locations making it difficult to grow within a location if for an example reporting team is somewhere else. Before mentioned salary review was not adjusted to the inflation last year.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
