      No salary hike, bonus is taken by manager and team leads they just give penauts and play politics my giving hike and bonus to non-prformer, lot of politics

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
