      Low salaries compared to other companies Projects with bad managment After some colleagues left their position, instead of hiring people, the workload increased for the team members. It is still the same after several years.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
