      Dynamic & salary a bit over market median

      Cons

      Abililty to push employees over the limit (see pictures of Japan metro station employees pushing people into the metro-train - most precise description I got) Very poor work/life balance

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
