      Leadership busy with unnecessary escalation caused my incompetency worker that being protected. No transparancy in getting rewards or promotion Favoritism and bad leadership

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
