Pros
Finding the best version of yourself is possible here, continuous development is embedded in the fabric of the company (more of a family). Working here has literally changed my life! Would recommend for anyone to apply for vacancies, regardless of your background. It meets all the benefits you would expect in this industry with plenty on top
Cons
Salary locally is fair, but given the international ontic who would say no to a little bit more. Size can be overwhelming at times, but that is relative to what you are used to.
