Pros

- Great people, culture and people stick together as they want to see the company succeed - Nice office in Bank - Flexible working (but only more so since covid), previously it was 1/2 days a week maximum - Easy access to higher management (CEO/VP's) if in need of escalations -etc whether something is done about it is a different matter. - Reasonably OK annual bonus

Cons

- No career aspirations - No salary review - JFDI attitude - You can escalate all you want, but nothing is ever done about it - DD came onboard and drastically changed the way NTT have always delivered. - Drastic decision to enforce consolidation and outsource most of the services off-shore - about 40+ different tools, you spend most your time on duplicate reporting rather than doing the job you are paid to do - No alignment between managers - Messages are always confusing - lack of honesty & transparency with their employees - Processes are not clear, since the merger couple of years ago - no one still knows what they are doing or how to. - The customers who should be at the heart of what NTT do are losing trust. - No gender equality/Diversity within the upper management team

Pros

I have worked with NTT DATA as a government IT and project management consultant since 2018, starting with Cognosante before the acquisition. My experience has been very positive. I have had the autonomy to focus on the success of my team and my client, while also having the support of a large, high-performing organization. There are real opportunities for growth, strong training resources, and leaders who genuinely care about employees, clients, and the communities they serve. I have also been promoted during my time here, which reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and developing talent.

Cons

As with many large organizations, processes and systems and can sometimes take time to navigate, especially during periods of growth or transition. Continued focus on communication and simplifying internal processes would make the employee experience even stronger.
