Strong Regional and Global Direction, there are always new program and project initialed to help business unit in countries be the pioneer on the service offering.
Cons
Only if country MD could put more efforts in sustaining revenue, also only if country MD (Malaysia) could realize that staffs are always the asset of the company, you don't need to friend them but please do respect them when talking to them.
