      Pros

      I have been working at NTT DATA as a System Admin for more than 3 year. There are very very poor culture and some stupid policy they are following. There some certain policy which will create barrier to growth of a emplyee.

      Employees are working like as a labour with minimal salary...

      It's so big and so many different business units it's sometimes hard to get everyone on the same page.

      Pros

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
